Let’s get to know each other

My path to design was a winding one. After growing up on a beautiful island off Maine’s coast, I attended Yale University, majoring in History. Over the following decade, I worked for non-profit organizations focused on women’s human rights, humanitarian and refugee response, economic development, and corporate social responsibility. I lived, worked, and traveled around the world before landing in Washington, DC. Once there, I found my way to design and haven’t looked back since!

I continue to learn and grow as a designer every day. I enjoy guiding clients through the design process and seeing their satisfaction with the final product – a home that feels like theirs.

My style is a vintage, modern, and traditional mix that ties back to the New England ethos, particularly the rugged Maine coast. I think homes should feel simple, relaxed, and comfortable with a dash of elegance/funk/whimsy, depending on the person. These are our most intimate spaces, reflecting who we are and how we wish to live, so let’s have fun and create something together.
